Son Harvest Fair Ends

From bread making to bunny hugging on Friday night, this year's Bible school came to a close with a Grandstand Revue. We had a week of learning how God helps us grow the fruit of the Spirit in our life. We talked about how God will help us to become more loving, and as we trust Him to take care of us, he will give us peace. We learned that God is patient with us even when we make mistakes and do wrong. He forgives us and always loves us. God can help us to be patient with others and to forgive them when they hurt us. We also learned that God wants us to be kind whenever we have a chance. Jesus is the best example of kindness. God can help us be more like Jesus and grow the fruit of kindness and compassion in our life.

A huge thank you to Rachel Baltes for organizing and overseeing Son Harvest Bible School. Here she is without a care in the world just a few minutes before our Grandstand Program... that's organization for you!

Here's Uncle Zeke played by Isaac Johnson, Auntie Opal played by Chris Johnson, Jeana Quimby was Annie, TC played by Mariah Johnson, and Tom Baltes the Fair Judge.

A good time was had by all on Friday night at Son Harvest County Fair Dairy Stand.

Thank you Rachel and Tom for all your hard work. We appreciate you!

Some just didn't want it to end...
