Saying Hello to the New Year
Frontline Style

Frontline students and their families are invited to Tom and Loreal Lindstrom's home between 8:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. There will be sledding and other fun in the snow outside as well as fellowship inside. If your family can come, please bring food or snacks to share, snow clothes and gear for playing outside. We will also have a special time to exit the 2010 year as we begin to think about 2011. I (Aaron) will be at the Lighthouse at 8:00 p.m. to bring any students who need a ride to the Lindstrom's.

At 11:00 p.m. we will head over to the Lighhtouse for the New Year's Eve sleepover and have the big countdown. Please bring a sleeping bag, pillow and $2 for pop and snacks.

See everyone tonight!
Aaron

Winter Outerwear Needed

We are needing more winter coats, boots, hats, mittens and winter clothing for the clothing shelf. We've put out the word before and many people have come through- thank you! This has been a ministry to the community and is used on a daily basis by many people. Get the word out! The needs throughout our neighborhoods are abundant. Do you have anything that you won't be using the remainder of the winter that you could share with others? If you have friends, neighbors, relatives that may have winter clothing or winter outwear to share, encourage them to bring it in. If you know of someone who is in need of winter clothing, invite them to take a look. Bring in your donated clothing and outwear anytime during the week 9:00 am-3:00 pm Monday through Thursday. Thank you, everyone!

Fresh Start

The book of Philippians was written from a Roman jail cell. As such, Paul was not concerned with the petty things that often consume and divide God's church. Rather, he was primarily concerned with the church pursuing Christlikeness in every endeavor. Throughout the book, Paul expresses the fact that when God's people walk together in a Christlike fashion the
results are joy and unity. This new year, let's strive together as a church to have "1 Resolution to Keep" - Christlikeness in all we do!

January Sermon Series - "1 Resolution to Keep" Philippians

Jan. 2 - "1 Mind" 1:27

Jan. 9 - "1 Purpose" 2:1-2

Jan. 16 - "1 Goal" 3:12-14

Jan. 23 - "Right to Life" Sunday - "A Biblical View of Life" Gen. 1:26-28

Jan. 30 - "1 Secret" 4:11-13

Christmas at Pine City EFC

A huge thank you to all who worked very hard to make our Christmas Dinner and Musical Celebration on Sunday, December 5 a very meaningful evening as we kicked off the Christmas season at Pine City EFC. It was a night that truly brought honor to the Lord Jesus Christ through music and word. Thank to everyone who shared their gifts and talents on a very special evening. Merry Christmas, everyone! Above is just a glimmer of the special evening.
